Brain needs constant and steady stream of energy which help us to concentrate on things and thus for a student going to give exams it is essential to take a good and healthy diet. Well eating is a good thing as each and everything we eat has its own importance to fulfil needs and requirements of our body. Every food has its own effect on our body. If you skip your food then basically you are moving towards the weakness as it will make you unable to do anything and you can’t keep your concentration on your exam papers as well as losing focus at learn to speak English. While before leaving for exams you should have eaten well to avoid any difficulties during your exam time. Students not only need a good revision of their study material but they also need to have a full stomach with some good quality food which have high nutrients in it.

Mostly student leave their houses in the morning of exam day with empty stomach and this habit normally kills them. When they start study for their final exams they spend most of their time studying with an empty stomach as they think cooking or eating something at that time will waste their time which is probably the bad thinking of a student.

But for getting good marks they should keep one thing in their mind that good food should be a part of your study for making yourself fresh and help you to take leading marks in your exams. It is simply like that the best fuel you add to your vehicle the better it will perform as food is fuel of our life and without it we are unable to do anything. There is a common mistake done by all students that at the time of their exams they eat unhealthy food a lot to save their time from wasting which on other hand waste their money and affect negatively on the performance of a student while giving exam paper.

So to maintain their fitness in their exams they should eat plenty of nutritional things which are rich in minerals and vitamins among them vitamin B and iron are so much important as these two components maintain our physical and mental energy. So eat the food which contains these two elements. Don’t use vitamin tablets but instead eat real food as it is the best thing you can have. Eat regular with some interval thus you need to eat smaller meals at least 4 to 5 times a day to fulfil all of your body requirements.

You should do a heavy breakfast with a glass full of milk and a piece of fruit with it. Drink fresh fruit juices and water all the day to stay hydrated if you love to you can add green tea as well. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits, oily fish, eggs, peanut butter as a nutritional food. Drink coffee as you are going to have a busy day. You can eat fruits at the time you are preparing for your exams as it will never waste your time but gives you extra energy to get good marks.
